Abstract
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) remains a significant global health concern, affecting nearly half the world’s population and contributing to peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, and gastric cancer. The management of H. pylori infection has evolved over time, with preferred treatment regimens changing due to increasingantibiotic resistance and the emergence of novel therapies. The American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) recently released its 2024 guidelines, refining the treatment approach to improve eradication rates and reduce antibiotic resistance-related failures.
