Every eldership I’ve ever worked with struggled to find the balance between eldering and shepherding. The constant pressure is on them for decisions, decisions and it makes it extremely difficult to get to the people, to help them grow and become mature in the faith to be ones who win others for Christ. How in the world can we get it all done?
