Author Biography
Dr. Kimberley Sartain is an Assistant Professor at The University of Central Arkansas where she serves as the Family and Consumer Sciences Education Program Director. Her work has appeared in The Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences, The Journal for Nurse Practitioners, and The International Federation for Home Economics. She enjoys historical documentaries and cooking.
