About the Author

Naomi is a Harding University graduate with over 18 years of experience in higher education. Naomi currently, serves as the Director of the Center for Learning with Technology but have held several roles with the University. She leads a team in providing expert project management and instructional design support, specializing in the development of online and blended courses. As a Quality Matters (QM) Master Reviewer and OLC Certified Instructional Designer, Naomi is a champion for academic innovation, and effective teaching that empowers student growth. The Faculty Technology Showcase is a chance for this passion to showcase itself. This event fosters collaboration between Harding and other colleges, highlighting pedagogical and andragogical strategies alongside unique classroom technology integrations. Naomi was selected to be part of the First-year cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program (2025) and was honored to receive a Staff Achievement Award in 2020. Her motto: “work diligently as for the Lord and not people.” Col 3:23. She is passionate about her family and serving others.

Allison Case, Director of eLearning and Multimedia Services

Allison has been the Director of eLearning and Multimedia Services at Harding University since March 2025. She possesses extensive experience in educational technology and administrative support. With over 15 years of continuous service at the university, Allison has also held other positions, including Testing Lab Specialist and LMS Support Specialist.

She holds both a Master of Education (December 2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with Teacher Licensure (May 2009) from Harding University. Allison's commitment to the university community is also reflected in her role as Chair of the Staff Welfare Committee, and she was selected for the 2025-2026 Emerging Leaders cohort. She was honored with the Staff Achievement Award in 2021.

Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their three children, Riley, Evelyn, and Jacob, often in the kitchen pursuing her love for cooking and baking.
