Christian higher education is rightly concerned with the integration of faith and learning. An ecology of learning and spiritual formation model integrates God’s truth revealed in scripture with the natural and social sciences to provide a roadmap to facilitate the whole person development of our students on campus, online, and across their lifespan.

About the Author

Harding welcomes our special guest Dr. Steve Lowe. He is the Graduate Chair of Doctoral Programs and Professor of Christian Education at the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University. He teaches both residentially and online at the graduate school and also serves in an administrative capacity. Steve holds the Ph.D. from Michigan State University and has been actively involved in graduate online learning since 1995 in administration, training, consulting, and instruction. He previously served as Vice President of Erskine Theological Seminary and continues to write and research in the area of spiritual formation and missional education.
