What really stands out to me from Pride and Prejudice is the characters. Austen develops each of the characters so well that, by the end, I feel like I know them personally. Their subtle humor makes them seem so realistic. Every time I read this book, I find myself cringing, laughing, and worrying over the Bennetts just as I did when I read it the first time. -- Holly Jennings, Library Student Worker
