Description

Some churches are wary of small groups because they are unfamiliar with this type of ministry, but in this presentation Dr. Williams will present the Biblical basis for this format. In fact, when small groups are done right, they actually restore a vital dimension of New Testament Christianity! In order to successfully implement small groups in a congregation, church leaders will have to reorient their traditional thinking about ministry. The second part of the presentation provides practical strategies for making that shift. Many congregations have established small groups, but these programs haven’t been especially evangelistic. In the final part of this presentation Dr. Williams will draw on his experience with this format to suggest proven ways to turn small groups "inside out."
