Description
Elders and Ministers need friends. Ministers and Elders need accountability. Ministers, like Elders, need to feel like they are part of the decision making team. Elders and Ministers want the church to grow. But often the minister/elder relationships is difficult and shared leadership and accountability often are lacking. Perhaps the reason has much to do with how ministers were hired and how they are then evaluated and encouraged. This session will deal with best practices for hiring and performance reviews.
