About the Author
C. Claire Summers is a graduate student in Harding University’s College of Education working toward completing a Master of Arts in Teaching with licensure focused in secondary social studies. She received a Bachelor of Arts in history with an English minor from Harding University in May 2015. While pursuing her Bachelor of Arts, Claire served as the president of Phi Alpha Theta for the 2014-2015 school year. She is from Conway, Arkansas and plans to return there to teach high school in the fall.
